In-House Machine Repair Service

Our In-House Machine Repair & Service is designed for customers with single-head DTF or UV desktop printers that require repair, maintenance, servicing, or fault diagnosis but can be sent directly to our workshop.

Simply book your repair, securely package your machine, and deliver it to our workshop. A qualified engineer will carry out a full inspection, diagnose any reported faults, perform the necessary repairs or maintenance, and thoroughly test the machine before it's returned to you.

Where replacement parts are required, we'll contact you for approval before installation wherever reasonably possible. If the original fault isn't the root cause of the problem, we'll explain exactly what's preventing the machine from operating correctly and provide clear recommendations to restore it to a reliable, printable production condition.

Before collection, we'll demonstrate the machine in operation by producing test prints and printhead nozzle checks, giving you confidence that it's functioning correctly before it leaves our workshop.

This is a workshop-based repair service for single-head desktop DTF and UV printers. There are no call-out or travel charges, as the machine is delivered to and collected from our workshop by the customer. Turnaround times are subject to workload and parts availability, with customers kept informed throughout the repair process.
