This premium PET film features a double-sided matte construction with a release-coated printing surface, providing a stable platform for DTF ink and adhesive powder application. The film is designed as a hot-peel transfer film, allowing the carrier to be removed while hot following the correct heat-press process.

Using good-quality transfer film and the correct printing, curing and pressing settings is essential for consistent DTF production. Incorrect settings or unsuitable film can contribute to poor ink laydown, inconsistent powder adhesion, difficult peeling, transfer defects and reduced finished print quality.

Compatibility

Suitable for professional DTF printing systems using compatible water-based DTF inks and hot melt adhesive powder.

For this film, Indie Ink recommends a starting heat-press setting of approximately 160°C for 15 seconds. Printing, curing and pressing conditions can vary depending on your printer, ink, powder, curing equipment, garment and production workflow, so these settings should be treated as a starting point.

For best results, use alongside compatible DTF ink and adhesive powder as part of a correctly configured DTF workflow.
