The I3200-A1 uses Epson PrecisionCore MicroTFP technology with 3,200 nozzles across 8 nozzle rows, providing accurate ink delivery and consistent print performance for high-quality DTF production. The printhead is responsible for precisely ejecting ink onto the transfer film and is one of the most critical components within the printer.

A worn, blocked, electrically damaged or failing printhead can contribute to persistent missing nozzles, colour loss, banding, ink drop-out, inconsistent print quality and complete loss of individual ink channels.
