The I1600-A1 uses Epson PrecisionCore MicroTFP technology with 1,600 nozzles across 4 nozzle rows, providing accurate ink delivery and consistent print performance for professional DTF production. The printhead is responsible for precisely ejecting ink onto the transfer film and is one of the most critical components within the printer.

A worn, blocked, electrically damaged or failing printhead can contribute to persistent missing nozzles, colour loss, banding, ink drop-out, inconsistent print quality and complete loss of individual ink channels.
