L1800 R1390 Printhead Cap Top Seal

Replacement printhead cap top seal for Epson L1800 and R1390 printhead systems, designed for compatible DTF printer capping and maintenance assemblies.

The cap top is an essential part of the printhead maintenance system. When the carriage is parked, it forms a seal around the underside of the printhead to help protect the nozzle surface and prevent ink from drying. During cleaning and maintenance cycles, the cap top also allows the printer's suction system to draw ink or cleaning fluid through the printhead.

A worn, blocked or poorly sealing cap top can contribute to poor cleaning performance, weak ink suction, recurring missing nozzles and printhead drying.
