Replacement Epson L1800 printhead, designed for compatible L1800, R1390 and DTF printer systems using Epson-based inkjet technology.

The L1800 printhead uses Epson Micro Piezo inkjet technology to accurately eject ink onto the printing media or DTF transfer film, helping produce detailed images, smooth gradients and consistent colour output. As one of the most important components within the printer, reliable printhead performance is essential for maintaining consistent production quality.

A worn, blocked, electrically damaged or failing printhead can contribute to persistent missing nozzles, colour loss, banding, ink drop-out, inconsistent print quality and complete loss of individual ink channels.

Compatibility

L1800-based printers can vary significantly between manufacturers, including differences in mainboards, head cables, ink configurations, firmware and operating parameters. Please confirm that your machine requires an Epson L1800-compatible printhead before ordering.

The L1800 printhead is also commonly used in Epson 1390, 1400 and 1410-based systems, but compatibility should always be confirmed before installation.

Printheads are sensitive electronic components and incorrect installation, damaged head cables, incorrect voltages or incompatible printer settings can cause permanent damage.
